1. What materials are your hats made from?

We use high-quality, sustainable materials such as wool, cotton, and eco-friendly synthetics to craft our hats. Each material is carefully selected to ensure durability, comfort, and a stylish finish.

2. How do I determine my hat size?

You can easily find your hat size by measuring the circumference of your head with a soft measuring tape. place the tape around your head about an inch above your eyebrows and ears, where your hat will sit. refer to our size guide on the product pages for exact measurements and sizing charts.

3. Do you offer custom or personalized hats?

Yes, we do! At wholein Hats, we’re excited to offer custom and personalized hats. You can choose from a range of options to make your hat uniquely yours, including monogramming, color choices, and more. 

4. What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your hat, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more details on how to initiate a return or exchange.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! International shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

6. How long does shipping take?

Orders within the U.S. typically take 3-6 business days to arrive, while international orders can take 8-14 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we begin processing your order, and changes may not be possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

8. How should I care for my hat?

Proper care will extend the life of your hat. For wool and felt hats, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and air drying. 

9. What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we only accept PayPal. PayPal ensures secure transactions and offers buyer protection, so you can shop with confidence. We’re working on expanding our payment options soon, so stay tuned!
